Among many bills passed Feb. 16, the Wisconsin Assembly passed Assembly Bill 228, CBD legislation that would remove the requirement for a prescription to possess it for medical use in Wisconsin. Lawmakers first adopted an amendment detailing how physician letters authorizing medical use for seizure disorders should be written, then passed the bill on a voice vote.
