October 5, 2020 - Saturday-Sunday, October 4-5, 2014: Due to construction on Library Mall, Saturday's event is held at a park on Williamson St. On Sunday, Oct. 5, Madison Mayor Paul Soglin allows the annual Harvest Fest parade up State Street to go forward without a permit.
